Our commitment
We offer study references, editing and proofreading of a student's own draft, and one-to-one writing tutoring. We do not write work for students to submit, and we do not complete coursework, exams, or assignments for anyone.
How our products are meant to be used
- Quick-Start Study© References and our other study references show how college-level writing is organized, supported, and cited. Read them to learn, then write your own work in your own words.
- Editing and proofreading are done on your own draft. We correct and comment; you make the decisions.
- One-to-One Writing Tutoring guides your thinking and process. Your ideas and your writing remain yours.
- Educator Editions are licensed to instructors for course design.
Safeguards we use
| Safeguard | What it does |
|---|---|
| Signed study-reference acknowledgment | Every purchaser agrees, by electronic signature, not to submit any product, in whole or in part, for academic credit. The record is kept with the order. |
| Starting document required | Every tutoring and editing request begins from the student's own draft, outline, or notes. |
| Traced downloads | Each downloaded study reference begins with a How to Study This Reference page, and every page carries a license line with its order reference. |
| State rules | In states that prohibit the sale of academic papers, we offer only editing and proofreading of the customer's own draft, plus instructor resources. |
| Fictional scenarios and data | Many references use invented names, settings, and figures, so they illustrate technique and cannot stand in for real research. |
| Your work stays yours | Tutors explain and comment, and editors suggest and correct; your ideas, decisions, and final draft remain yours. |
| No grade promises | We never promise grades, and we never claim that work is "undetectable." |

Frequently asked questions
Can I submit a Quick-Start Study© Reference as my own work?
No. Quick-Start Study© References are for studying. Submitting any of our materials, in whole or in part, as your own work breaks our Terms and most schools' academic integrity policies.
Is editing or tutoring allowed at my school?
Feedback on your own draft and tutoring are common forms of writing support, much like a campus writing center. Policies differ, so check your course and institution's rules if you are unsure.
What is the license line at the bottom of each page?
It identifies the licensed copy and its order, so an instructor or institution can verify a document with us.
